Handling instructions due COVID-19

All existing penalty waiver which was valid till 15th May is now extended till Jun 15th, 2020

Cancellations

If your flight is cancelled, the following options are available to you:

Refund

  • You can request a refund to flydubai voucher. A flydubai voucher is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued.

Rebooking on/before Jun 15, 2020

  • You can rebook, free of charge, to travel up to 60 days from your original date of travel.
  • If you choose to rebook more than 60 days from your original date of travel, any difference in fare will apply.
Change in travel plans

If you would like to change your travel plans, the following options are available to you:

Refund

  • You can request a refund to flydubai voucher and normal fare rules will apply. A flydubai voucher is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued.

Rebooking

  • You can rebook without penalty to travel at a later date; any difference in fare will apply. Normal fare rules will apply to any changes made to your booking after 15 June 2020.

Refund:

Please note the option of voucher is not applicable for GDS bookings .
Agent can go ahead and process full refund with NIL penalty through GDS due to flight cancellation .
Also cancel the active segments on the booking.


Rebooking:

Rebooking on/before Jun 15, 2020

  • You can rebook, free of charge, to travel up to 60 days from your original date of travel.
  • If you choose to rebook more than 60 days from your original date of travel, any difference in fare will apply.
  • There is no restriction to reissue on or before 15jun in case of flight cancellation PNRs.



GROUPS:

  • Refund applicable on cancelled flights.
  • On non-cancelled flights – No refund.
  • Re-booking/ Request date on or before Jun 15, 2020.

Date change is allowed without penalty. Fare difference, if any, will apply. For any change in dates, the agent / distributor must send request to groups team for review.
Please use the below format for further requests, in line with above.

PNR/outbound date/inbound date/total pax and agent/total pax to be refunded/pax after cancellation.
